Product availability
The business model described here covers AI video tools, AI agents and enterprise AI services. Product names, live links, plans and support contacts have not yet been published on this site. No purchase or subscription is available here. Monthly and annual subscriptions and credit purchases will only become available after actual prices in an explicit currency, entitlements, renewal, cancellation, expiry and refund conditions are disclosed.
Enterprise project delivery and acceptance
Enterprise services follow the schedule in the written agreement and are not subject to the instant SaaS delivery promise. Deliverables may include agreed software, deployed agents, integration configurations, reports, and documentation, delivered through an agreed repository, secure transfer, hosted environment, or remote session. The agreement defines required customer access and materials, review periods, correction procedures, intellectual-property rights, and support. Schedule or scope changes require written confirmation.
Instant online digital delivery
Our consumer SaaS products are digital and delivered instantly online. After successful payment, the purchased subscription access or credits are made available online in the relevant product. We sell no physical goods; shipping, shipping fees, and physical returns do not apply.
Access and generation time
Instant delivery refers to access or credit entitlement. Individual AI generation tasks may still require processing time and are subject to the relevant product’s usage limits and service availability.
Delivery issues
If a successful payment does not result in the expected access or credit balance, contact support@brimcairn.com with the product name, order reference, payment date, and a description of the issue. Do not submit full card details. We will investigate the payment and entitlement records and arrange correction or an appropriate remedy.
Responsible use
AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. Users must have rights to their inputs and must not request adult or sexual content. Automated moderation enforces our content policies.
